Intelligent counting devices for agriculture

More and more agricultural machinery is being used by cooperatives or as rental equipment. However, since many of these machines do not have their own on-board electronics for billing the operating times, they require counting equipment to be retrofitted.

To ensure the comprehensive billing of expensive machines, the counting devices must be reliable and above all tamper-proof. Agreto has therefore developed the AgriCounter series as a range of smart products equipment for recording operating hours, distances, surface area dimensions and loads.

Hour meters

Most machines are billed by operating hours. For this purpose, an hour meter that detects the movement of the machine is mounted.

Agreto hour meters are suitable for all types of machines. Depending on their version, counting takes place via vibration / movement or via a sensor.

The new AgriCounter Vibration hour meter can be installed on a foldable side part or chassis part to enable the separate summation of working time (use in the field) and travel time (travel to the field) based on any changes to the meter’s position (angle).

Acre meters

For tillage equipment and other machines used on agricultural land, billing according to the actual area being worked on is essential.

The AgriCounter Drive can be used as a revolution counter, distance counter or land measuring device.
It is mounted directly on one of the wheels of the machine and counts the revolutions around its own axis, without external sensors. Thanks to the adjustable parameters for the working width and wheel circumference, the area involved can be calculated.

Load and tank counters

For transport vehicles and tankers, billing is often based on the number of loads transported, possibly in combination with the operating hours.

Agreto load counters are suitable for all types of slurry tankers, push-off trailers and self-loading wagons. Depending on their version, counting takes place via movement of the counter itself or via a sensor.

The new AgriCounter Load is mounted directly on the level indicator or another moving part of the machine.
