If one of our products needs a repair, you can rely on our professional service team. However, we ask for your support in order to be able to carry out the repair as quickly and unexpensively as possible.

  • Send us all the necessary parts of your device so that we can reproduce the problem.
  • Clean the parts before shipping.
  • Pack the part securely for transport.
  • Send the parts to the address below using a parcel service or a carrier.
  • If necessary, we can take care of the return transport, in this case please contact us.
  • Include the invoice of the product. This is particularly important for warranty or guarantee claims.
  • Download the repair order form, print it and fill it out as detailed as possible.
  • Enclose the completed form with the delivery.
